Book Blurb

When Tony propositioned Yves on Christmas Eve, the man who runs the Shibari Auction House took Tony in for the week. Now that it's a brand new year, Yves wants Tony to stay, permanently.

Tony adores Yves and is more than willing to give up hooking in exchange for a menial job so he can stay with Yves. He's worried, though, that his pimp isn't going to be happy that he escaped.

Sure enough, their idyllic life is interrupted when Robbie shows up, threatening not only Tony, but Yves as well.

Book Review

In the very nice second half of Yves and Tony’s story, Yves has to face the reality of their situation. Asking Tony to stay for Christmas to get him off the streets was one thing. But now that they have begun to build some trust between them, and a real relationship seems to be within their grasp, Yves realizes he wants more. As with the first book in their story, the previous volume in this series, Tony and Yves are very gentle with each other. Now that a basic trust is built, they add some kinky play to their bedroom activities, and it’s a huge success.

Yves has made up his mind about wanting Tony around long-term. He has offered him a job, so he can feel secure and earn his own money, and now he needs to make sure Tony knows he is loved and welcome in Yves’s bed as well. Yves is ready to explore some more, and the ideas he tries with Tony are very hot. Almost better than that is the care he shows in teaching Tony that he, as the sub, has the power in the scenes they do together.

Tony cannot believe someone as wonderful as Yves really wants him around, but with each experience, and with every day they work and live together, Tony’s self-confidence grows. And then Robbie, his former pimp, shows up and does the worst thing possible: he threatens Yves. That is the one thing Tony cannot deal with.

If you like sweet romances with a little kinky play, if you enjoy the “former rent boy makes good” scenario, and if you’re looking for a read that is as sweet as it is hot, then you will probably like this short story.
