Book Review

'Wanting Jordie' is the seventh book in the 'Darkfall Mountain Pack' series and I haven't gotten tired of reading about these sexy shifters yet. The young crush for his brother's best friend is a trope I've seen before and rarely get tired of. I can certainly remember some of the hotties my brothers brought home. *grins* The more I read about this pack the more I wish I were a member.

It had to be hard for Jordie growing up in the pack even though he's human. His brother Zack was bitten by a werewolf shortly after their parents died in a car accident. Zack wasn't about to lose his brother to the foster care system, so he came to Darkfall and joined the pack bringing Jordie with him. Jordie has always had a crush on Matt, but now fresh home from college, and with his attempt at finding work in his field, he's determined to ignore Matt and stay away from him. Kind of hard to do when Jordie has a cast on his leg for making a stupid, childish decision and getting hurt.

Matt has always known Jordie was his and it almost killed him to reject Jordie the night of his high school graduation when Jordie got up the nerve to kiss Matt. Matt refuses to come between the brothers, though, no matter how desperately his wolf wants its mate. When Matt sees Jordie again, though, he knows this is a fight he'll lose. He and his wolf want to stake their claim and make Jordie theirs no matter what.

Another very sweet romance that was entertaining to read. Jordie and Matt are perfect for each other and once Zack realized Matt wasn't using his little brother he came around to the idea of them being together. If you like hot sex, hunky shifters, an easy read, and a little drama, then this might be for you.
