Twenty-two years old and finally out of both the gay and the kinky closets, Danny had every intention of making an impact on the local leather scene. However, his best friend drunkenly announcing to the entire club that they were both complete virgins wasn’t quite the first impression he’d been planning. It’s now been weeks since he first visited the club and, frustrated about all the assumptions the doms have made about virgins, he’s still the boy who has never even been kissed.
Returning to his favourite leather club after several weeks away for work, it doesn’t take Aaron long to hear all the gossip about the new sub in town. Quickly discovering that Danny isn’t just hot as hell, but that he also has an attitude that calls to every one of Aaron’s primal instincts, and he can’t resist setting his sights on becoming the boy’s first—in both vanilla and kinky terms.
But gossip isn’t always true, assumptions can be dangerous, and it’s possible that what he and Danny have in mind for their time together are two very different things. Can a virgin handle finally doing a scene with a serious and experienced dom? Or, maybe the real question is, can the dom handle a virgin who has no interest in conforming to expectations?
First edition published by Omnilit / All Romance eBooks, May 2013. The story has been tweaked and re-edited, but it has not been extended.
Stories about two hot men who challenge each other in the best ways possible are among my favorite kind. Throw in a bit of an unexpected twist, emotions budding where neither of the two "battling" main characters expected them, and add some real passion and some hot scenes, and I am a very happy reader. Needless to say, the entire list above applies to 'Virgin Territory' – and then some! It's a wonderful mix between a D/s story, new love blossoming where neither party expected (nor really likes) it, and human psychology.
Aaron is an experienced Dom who knows what he wants. He also has a certain reputation to maintain, and doesn’t really expect to be challenged in either his choices regarding his own life and preferences or his understanding of how kink works. When just such a challenge is presented to him from the most unexpected direction of a complete virgin, he can either ignore it and walk away or open his mind and try something new. Thank God he decides to go with the flow for once (unusual enough for a man like him), because what follows as he and Danny start to play together is some very, very hot bedroom activity.
Danny may be a virgin, but he knows what he wants. In one word: that is Aaron. Never mind Danny has no experience whatsoever, why should that stop him? Well, Aaron could probably think of a few things, but I am sure Danny wouldn’t listen. He is one determined young man, and he will do whatever it takes to get rid of the hated label of virgin. I loved that his learning process encompassed both the physical and the psychological, the latter added some great depth to the story.
If you like D/s stories where one partner is experienced and the other a total newbie, if you enjoy the psychological 'battle' as much as the physical struggle, and if you're looking for a hot read that holds a few surprises, then you will probably like this short book.
