In search of the finest produce for his seasonal pies, William Axel finds more than he bargained for when he returns home to his childhood hometown.

Looking to procure the ingredients for the pies for his restaurant chain, William visits Heart's Pumpkin Patch, the renowned home of the best pumpkins he has ever tasted.

Hoping to strike a business deal with the owner, he discovers that the old man who owned the company has since passed away, leaving his son the business. William finds more treats than anticipated in the form of the young, and sexy Jared Heart, heir to the business.

Book Review

There's a certain exhilaration about being on a pumpkin farm on a cool, bright day, surrounded by orange pumpkins for sale in the shops or farm stands or straight from the fields. When William Axel visits the farm with a business proposition, he's not entertaining the offer he receives.

William goes to the pumpkin farm to buy what he considers to be the best pumpkins around, for his restaurant business; he also has an offer for a combined sales venture.  It's a nostalgic venture which reminds him of happier days when he and his family, who are now long gone, lived near the farm. William learns that the owner, William Heart, has recently passed away and that his grandson, Jarod, is now in charge. William is totally enthralled with the man at first sight and the business venture is overridden by the obvious desire between them.

Jarod is an intriguing young man with a great sense of humor. He's attracted to William as well and, upon realizing that William is gay, is not shy about demonstrating just how interested he is. William is pleasantly surprised by Jarod's passion and certainly isn't going to turn down what promises to be one of the hottest roll in the hay ever.

This is an endearing seasonal story about two very hot young men who find not only lust, but a sense of belonging in each other. I recommend this story to those who like pumpkins, fall, handsome men, and steamy sex. Thanks, Rosina! Happy Halloween!
