Book Blurb

Artie Middleton and Ben Nelson have faced everything thrown at them and come out stronger individually and as a couple.

They’ve lost friends, and learned the painful lesson that nothing good comes without a price. Now, Artie’s unwitting part in an insane plan to destroy all supernatural beings has pulled him front and center into a battle for survival.

When Ben becomes a pawn in the scheme, Artie must decide what he’s willing to risk to protect his family. It’s a question that must be asked when the devil finally demands his due.

Book Review

“Artie knew they were for naught, though; just as his grandmother had known. The demon was coming for him, and nothing any of his friends did would stop it.”

I could not believe the revelations the author put me through in the previous book. I was almost afraid to read this one for fear that something really bad is going to happen to my Artie and Ben. Parker Williams, I will haunt you forever if you do bad things to one of my favorite couples.

Okay, I wasn't expecting that! I knew the big, bad demon was going to come for my Artie, but I sure wasn't prepared for the shape it came in. And oh, Parker, thank you for bringing Tempest back to help Artie win his fight. And what a fight it was!

Parker, thank you for such a beautiful ending. You brought tears to my eyes, darn you. I'm sad to see this be your final book, but I'm looking forward to the grand finale that all four of you contribute to. A wonderful book.
