Book Blurb

Danny knows being the grandson of the ranch owner, and a college boy at that, is not going to make him popular with the rest of the cowboys. What's worse is his cousin spreading the word that he's gay, too. Cary thinks Danny is a lazy city boy. That has to be why everyone is so down on him. When Cary finds out the problem is Danny's sexual orientation, he knows he has to stand up for the man. Can Cary convince Danny he understands more than anyone else knows?

Book Review

Short, hot, and very entertaining story about two gay cowboys. If you have ever wondered what they might get up to when riding fence, this is your chance. And let me tell you, it isn’t just the weather and outside temperature that are hot!

Danny is the owner’s grandson and loves the ranch. He’s being called a lazy city-slicker since he left to get a college education, but what’s behind the insult is the fact that someone found out he is gay and this is the way for the ranch hands to insult him without seeming to be homophobic. Danny knows what’s behind it, but he is one tough cookie. He will not let them ruin his life which he thoroughly enjoys, even if riding fence is not his favorite activity.

Cary is fairly new and has been told that Danny is lazy. Not finding that to be true he starts wondering what is going on until he figures it out. He’s never felt so bad before and decides to make it up to Danny. And that is when the temperature REALLY starts rising.

If you like gay cowboys, if you enjoy hot stories about hotter men making out and more in the back of a pickup truck, and if a brief ‘excursion’ into the heat of a Texas summer is what you’re looking for, you may like this short story.
