At the Gaslight Bazaar, a Steampunk convention, Trey Lewis is teased and fascinated by glimpses of a man in leather pants. When he sets out to find the wearer, he discovers Joss Stephens, a quiet, reserved coworker from his computer firm. Trey never thought he and Joss had anything in common, but getting to know Joss away from the office ignites an unexpected heat between them, which leads to a steamy encounter and the beginnings of romance.

Book Review

Sometimes the love we are looking for is right under our noses, and this story illustrates that fact perfectly. Granted, the two main characters have to go away from their regular workplace and reacquaint themselves with each other at a Steampunk convention, and I loved how they both discover things about each other in days that they haven't discussed in two years of working together in 'the real world'.

Trey tells the story, and it all begins fairly harmlessly. He follows a pair of tight leather pants, admiring the behind it covers. When he discovers it is a colleague from work, he is shocked, surprised, and then delighted as they discover each other's love for Steampunk and the somewhat unreal.

Josh is not just good-looking, he is very good at building models, not to mention extremely receptive to the idea of spending time with Tom. He is also quite naughty, and even though we don’t get to see too many details, I was left with the impression of the two of them getting into a lot of very hot situations, on a frequent basis.

If you like two men discovering new things about each other as they finally become a couple, if reading about Steampunk, models, and costumes sounds exciting, and if you are a fan of semi-public encounters that are extremely hot, you will probably like this story.
