Book Review

‘Sleigh Ride’ is an entertaining and somewhat naughty tale about two elves, Twinkle and Randy, who have been pining for each other for two years. When they finally meet in Santa’s toy workshop – the adult wing, which made me chuckle, they help out Twinkle’s best friend, Jack Frost, by finding him a gift for the Ice Queen. Before they know what’s what, they find themselves rewarded by Santa himself. They get to have their first date in his sleigh. Let the fun times begin!

Twinkle and Randy may have thought they’d be alone on their date, driving the sleigh themselves, but the eight reindeer who arrive soon fix that misunderstanding. Not that Twinkle and Randy mind one way or the other, they are more interested in each other than where they’re going.

If you like stories with lots of elf-on-elf action, if you prefer some humor with your mini-adventures, and if you’re looking for a short, hot read, then you might like this short story.
