Book Blurb

Tomas Ackerman had no idea that immortal shifters and evil witches existed, but now he finds himself held hostage, his body possessed by an evil witch. And a familiar man on the outside is trying desperately to save him—a man whose face and voice inspire a sense of need and lust the likes of which speaks to Tomas's very soul.

Bramwell is an immortal knight, created by the Gods to protect humanity. But the once fierce and deadly warrior turned his back on his duties when his mate was killed by his worst enemy. Now Tomas is back, reincarnated, and Bramwell must save him at all costs.

Tomas was always a normal human. He doesn’t remember his previous life, and the new rules of this strange world he’s found himself in might be too much for even love to overcome. He and Bramwell will need to decide if they can face the storm together, or if they’re better off apart.

Book Review

This third adventure in the ‘Immortal Knights’ series focuses on the second member of this secret organization of knights who are supposed to protect humans and shifters alike, but have lost their way somewhat after all their mates were killed. Two things have happened to reawaken their instincts: the evil force that killed the knights’ loved ones is back, and Kevin, Alistair’s mate, has been mysteriously reincarnated - see books one and two – which, by the way, I think you should absolutely read first. Now it is Bramwell’s turn, and he certainly doesn’t make things easy for himself – or his newly found reincarnated mate, Tomas.

Bramwell is a wolf shifter, a fierce warrior, and very dominant. He is determined to save Tomas at any cost, but isn’t willing to hurt him with his own “demands” in the bedroom. Bramwell makes a lot of assumptions rather than talking to Tomas, and it almost leads to their downfall as a couple.

Tomas used to be a normal human, he is a baker, and when he finds himself possessed by an evil witch, he has no idea what to do. Bramwell speaks right to his soul, and as soon as they touch, Tomas’s memories start to come flooding back. It’s not easy to deal with all of that plus a mate who suddenly runs off for no reason that Tomas can understand, but Tomas is determined to make a relationship work – and not on Bramwell’s terms alone. Tomas intends to make the stubborn wolf shifter understand that it takes two to tango, so to speak.

If you like the idea of this series with its immortal knights doing never-ending battle with evil creatures, if a story full of surprises, miscommunication, and unexpected twists and turns is your thing, and if you’re looking for a read that continues the scary and yet exciting developments that began in the first two volumes, then you might like this novella.
