Book Review

It's been far too long since Harley's story was released for me to not have read it yet. I mean, at the end of Cody's novella, the brothers had rescued three shifters and one of them, Win, is Harley's mate. I've been waiting for their tale and I've let too much time pass. Since Win was in a coma when rescued, no one has a clue as to what kind of paranormal he is, but since the brothers and the other packs working with them have a clearer picture of what they're up against, I am anticipating Harley and Win's story being full-on exciting!

I was truly shocked, as were all the alphas, when Win revealed what he was. He certainly doesn't resemble what they thought that species looked like. No, I'm not telling, you have to read it yourself. Regardless, it was fascinating to find out what these strange, golden-winged creatures wanted with the shapeshifters. Fascinating and useful for the alphas, as now they have more information to utilize in order to find the missing pack members.

It was definitely exciting to see how the brothers ferreted out information and then located the place where the shifters were being held. An action-adventure rescue to be sure! Of course, nothing beat the revelation Win had for Harley, and I loved that new development.

A fabulous ending (I think) to a series that was full of hot men, sweet mates, sexy loving, and just enough mystery and intrigue to keep me coming back for more.
