Horns, tail, and rainbow cum...
What happens when a thief, posing as a king, gets his own harem? Malvern is a fake king trying to survive long enough for a ship to whisk him away to another planet. He never expects to get a ragtag harem of near rejects. One is a human that makes Malvern long for domination. Then there’s the redhead with scars on his back, red eyes and oh yeah, his cum glows in the dark. The last man in this messed up harem is in chains because he’s too violent.
When a wicked storm hits, Malvern is forced to make a hard decision—his own survival or save their lives. He also has limited time to make that choice because the real king is on his way to claim the throne. How the hell is this going to end well?
This fourth book in the series of outrageously erotic stories set in space focuses on one of the characters in the previous book: Malvern. He is a tall Paldorian with two black horns, a tail, and rainbow-colored, um, essence. He is a thief and proud of it (at least that’s what he tells himself), but the adventures in this story make him reconsider his options. The tale is as outrageous as the first three volumes in the series, so if you’re expecting hard science fiction, this is not where you’ll find it – actually just check the title and you’ll know. If, however, you have a sense of humor and are looking for a fun, slightly over-the-top story that will make you smile, then you might want to give it a try. It can be read on its own, but it’s more fun if you read the others first.
All Malvern wants is to get off the prison transport so he’s safe from being thrown in prison after his latest misappropriation of property. Unfortunately he does not have the correct ID to be let go, and when he “obtains” some other guy’s, it turns out Malvern is now a king. And that includes a harem of three men and a newly terraformed planet. Of course, being the con man he is and fearing for his safety if he belatedly admits to his thievery, he fakes it. And I have to say, between all the bedroom activity and making sure the other inhabitants of the small planet are okay, Malvern does a pretty good job. Still, he knows the real king is bound to want his throne back, so Malvern is ready to run. And when nothing goes as planned, Malvern has to make a tough decision, which takes him all of a few seconds. Yay for Malvern!
If you like space opera with a significant dose of humor, if having a good time with galactic thieves, miscreants, and other suspect aliens is your thing, and if you’re willing to suspend your disbelief for a read that is outrageous, hot, and very funny, then you will probably like this novella.
