Book Blurb

Cass Cowell struggles with his past, which he desperately wants to keep from his family. Even though they destroyed some of the Hunters, Cass remains empty of feeling and full of nightmares. The only remedies for these afflictions are his two mates—if he can let them in.

Logan is a vampire thrown into a dilemma when he encounters Cass. He is thrilled to finally meet his mate, but that means he has to end a relationship with the man he has been dating for hundreds of years.

Merrick Roman is the brother of the man that killed himself. He desperately wants everything to work with his new mate despite the horrible damage that was done to Cass prior to their meeting.

Will Cass, Logan, and Merrick be able to overcome their problems and become true mates even with the danger of a new evil?

Book Review

Book six in the series continues the cycle about the two cheetah litters with Cass's story. The mix of a cheetah shifter, a vampire and a shape shifter (who can shift into anything) was interesting; the trauma these guys have to deal with was serious. And not just the internal issues coming form their past, but the external ones as well.

Cass carries more guilt than anyone should be asked to accept. The thing is, he shouldn't have accepted it either - but it takes him a while to get the message. Logan is a vampire with issues of his own - a lover, no less. And Merrick? Well, he may not have too many issues with the mating, but he is part of Cass's past, so that doesn't go down well. Add a bunch of new external enemies and an unfolding bigger story plot that ties them to the Hunters and you have an explosive mixture.

If you like shifter stories with multiple-species menages, characters with more psychological traumas than is healthy and a battle with almost invincible enemies, you will probably like this book.
