Book Blurb

When an unexpected snowstorm strands co-workers Brennan Myers and Rory Mills just before Christmas, they reveal secret desires they’ve each harbored—desires they can no longer resist. With a little spanking and a bit of bondage and a garland of gold tinsel, they explore each other, but when the cold light of day dawns, each wonders if this will be more than just a one-night affair. Will they both get what they most want for Christmas, or will it be another holiday alone?

Book Review

A very enjoyable story about two very different men who are attracted to each other, but need the 'intervention' of a blizzard to start really connecting. Their personal attraction is strong enough to make them forget the workplace situation for a while (they are, after all, colleagues), and that can work short-term and in a Christmas setting. If they end up going for the longer term, they'll need to do some untangling if they want a viable relationship. But that is not the topic of this story. The fun and initial physical encounters are very much at the forefront here.

Socially inept geek Brennan has been wanting well-liked salesman Rory for a while, but, being who he is, has never dared imagine more. He cannot even imagine Rory taking and interest. And when he does? Brennan has no idea how to respond beyond the physical that is. His body knows exactly what to do, but like with any geek, his mind is actually the more interesting and challenging seduction and conquest to make.

Rory has waited forever to make his move, but he also knows the timing has to be right or Brennan will run. Or refuse to believe Rory that he is serious about wanting more. Both of those options are not acceptable for Rory, so he works hard at making their encounter work. He is the more dominant of the two, so taking the lead is natural – at least once he is sure that Brennan is on the same page.

If you enjoy short, hot reads with a vague Christmas theme, if you like reading about a man discovering his inner (bedroom) submissive, and if you'd like to find out how to creatively use a string of twinkle lights, you will probably like this short story.
