Book Review

It’s been a while since I read 'A Gamma’s Choice', in which this world of werewolves fighting vampire’s in an all-out war was set up. But as I got into the story of Conley and his newly found mate Jacob, it all came back to me. Vampires are cruel creatures out to kill werewolves, packs are desperate to fight them off, and somewhere a saboteur is making life easy for vampires by letting them have the information they need to stay ahead.

Conley, after having been betrayed by his father and almost having lost his life in a fire, has agreed to help the war council figure out who is sabotaging the werewolves’ efforts to defend themselves. Conley also hopes his mother and brother are still alive, and is determined to do anything to find and rescue them. He loves finding his mate, but refuses to be distracted by Jacob. It isn’t until Jacob agrees to help out that they decide to work together.

If you want to find out who the saboteur is in this world that is at war, if you're a fan of fated mates who work well together, and if you’re looking for a read that is suspenseful and action-packed, then you might like this novella.
