The idea behind this series, a supernatural version of “Love Boat” (on TV more years ago than I care to remember), turns out to be as funny and original as it sounded when I first read the blurb.

There can be different reasons for people to focus on numbers and facts rather than emotions, and Paul, the “pencil-pusher” in this story, has more than one.

Who doesn't love a cowboy, I ask you? Just the mental image of tight jeans, boots, T-shirt and hat is enough to make me start fanning myself and that doesn't even include the strong, tough personality. Oh my!

A new series by Parker Williams, especially a paranormal one, definitely had my interest the moment I heard about it. Granted, I did spend considerable time thinking “I see dead people” which just gave me the giggles, but the seriousness of Scott’s situation is no laughing matter.

A new series about shifters and humans, this one set in a post-apocalyptic world, is always exciting news for me, and I am eternally curious about all the new variations of rules and back histories that authors can come up with.
